Videomapping - Pasolini - Corviale
The project celebrates Pasolini with 4 monumental videomapping on a famous building in Corviale, the contents are entrusted to the creativity of 3 internationally renowned artists and to a collective who, thanks to an ad hoc laboratory, will carry out the fourth of the works presented in a participatory form.

“Videomapping - Pasolini - Corviale” takes place in the Piazzetta delle Arti in Corviale from 30 October to 2 November 2022.

The first 2 days, from 16:00 to 20:00, the Videomapping workshop for Pasolini takes place, FREE with compulsory booking, open to everyone, from 5-year-old children to 90-year-old adults, created by LIZ and aimed at participatory creation of a visual project that will be the protagonist of the 2 evenings of screenings together with the 3 invited artists.

Thanks to the knowledge acquired, the participants are invited to create a real videomapping using the video projector with colored pencils and markers as well as computers and software in order to reinterpret the available structure with the projector.

Thanks to the collaboration with the Stamperia del Tevere di Corviale it will also be possible to experiment with the use of the projector with ancient techniques such as monotype, woodcut and chalcography.

By painting and shaping they will be able to experience the final project that will be presented to the public.

The last 2 days from 19:00 to 23:30 are dedicated to 4 videomapping. Together with the participatory videomapping carried out by the territory, 3 internationally renowned female artists are invited: Kateryna Pits, New Media Artist, born in Kiev in 1990, VJ Emiko / Okime Emiko / (Emilia Gumańska) visual artist based in Poland and LIZ, Italian Polish mother, graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome in Graphics and Multimedia Design, fascinated by the world of visuals in the broadest sense of the word, Elisa works in areas where the versatility of the image reveals all its power; all invited to create a spectacular videomapping telling their Pasolini from a personal point of view.
